We enjoyed our time in Branson

Time went by so fast in Branson, MO.  We went to 5 shows.  We went to the Baldknobbers, Dixie Stampede, Pierce Arrow, The Haygoods, The Jerseylands, and we saw the Tree of Lights.  Our favorite one was The Dixie Stampede.  They all had something different to offer, however you cannot take pictures that do them justice during the show.  They really honor the Veteran's here.  They have been honoring them all week.  It is very impressive.  We are also in their Christmas theme.  It is nice to see that they are honoring Christ more than Santa.  To me that is wonderful to see and hear.  On one of our walks we discovered some derelict World War II vehicles.  I took some pictures of a juggler from a pre-show.  These horses are Trigger and Buttercup.  There was a sign at the bridge we crossed almost daily that said "Wear your Life Jackets".  I could not get this picture to download.  It is so funny.  We actually saw cars turn around before they crossed the bridge.  It is a little disconcerting when you think about it.  Just how safe is the bridge, when they tell you to wear a life jacket to cross the bridge.  It was about something else, but it was where it was placed.  We are headed to Oklahoma.  The weather is changing to very COLD tomorrow.  Time to hit the road for South.  Talk to you soon.  Patty & Tom
